The scheduling group has been incredibly accommodating for my needed appointments. I’m 26 and feel like I’m falling apart, but this group makes it easier! Lol. The MRI technician was incredibly friendly and a great IV stick. Additionally, the ultrasound technician was very kind, fast, and patient when I had to bring my kiddo the second round. Although I don’t enjoy tests, procedures, scans…the front office staff were very nice, efficient, and speedy. I didn’t have to wait long and the tech and her assistant were extremely nice and caring. I am claustrophobic and have issues with these things sometimes and they were super nice and understanding about it and helped put my mind at ease.
