ARTHROGRAM: Extra 5ml syringe with just Omni 300. Wants rolled towels under wrist with arm externally rotated.

HIP INJECTION: 22g 3.5-inch needle for thin to average pts. Wedge under affected hip with pillow under same foot.
BARIUM SWALLOW: 1 or 2 f/s, usually 1
WRIST ARTHROGRAM: 10ml mixture of contrast (6ml saline, 4ml Omni 300, and 0.05 – 0.1 ml Gadolinium), 5ml syringe of straight Omni 300, and 5 ml syringe with 4ml lidocaine and 1ml sodium bicarb. Patient prone with arm above head and wrist on rolled up towel. Uses 25g 1.5 from lido syringe for injection.

ARTHROGRAM: 22ga 1.5in. needle if pt. is thin to average.
UGI: Do not stand table upright. Have paddle available. Have pt. drink fizzies, and all of the thick barium. Have them do a barrel roll 3 times, get the thin barium ready, and then tell Dr. Gray that you are ready.
