Dr. Patel completed his undergrad at Boston University before attending the University of Tennessee Medical School in Memphis for his residency. Dr. Patel then completed his fellowship training at John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland specializing in Body Imaging.
I chose radiology because I enjoy helping other physicians in solving their patients’ most complex disease processes. I also enjoy the wide breath of knowledge of general medicine it requires to be a good radiologist.
Dr. Patel played college soccer. While his soccer playing days are over, he enjoys cheering his 4 children on from the sidelines in their own sports and other extracurricular activities. When he isn’t on the sidelines, Dr. Patel can be found out on the lake or playing a round of golf at one of the local courses here in Chattanooga.
